At St. Benoît Spa, we have spent a great deal of time selecting the products for our treatments. After much deliberation, we finally chose the Thalgo range as their products are marine-based, and because of the amazing feeling of well-being they leave you with. St. Benoît Spa demands products of the highest quality; Thalgo meets our expectations.

Every client will have a private consultation and chart which will be referred to each time they revisit. In the Spa area there are three main treatment rooms along with a hydro-treatment room and a steam treatment cabin. A state-of-the-art Vapozone machine will be employed before all facials and massage treatments commence to enhance your relaxation. Our treatment times are flexible so that you can choose what is best for you.

Facial treatment using aromatherapy oils.

A mineralising body scrub combined with a hot and cold stone massage.

Thalassotherapy

Hydromassage Bath with Marine Algae (30 minutes - €30)

Micronized marine algae are incorporated into the water, for a deep-cleansing, rejuvenating experience.

Hydromassage Bath (30 minutes - €30)

Natural sea salt, which is rich in trace elements is added to the water.

* Either Hydromassage bath is also available with a 20 minute massage for a total of €55.

Spiritual & Well-being

Aromatherapy (1 hour - €60)

This uplifting massage helps to bring about relaxation and relieve aches and pains whilst boosting circulation and assisting lymphatic flow.

Reflexology (45 minutes - €50)

This is a gentle but effective method of diagnosing and treating specific ailments in the body. To gain maximum benefit from this treatment, a programme of 5 sessions is recommended.

Reiki (45 minutes - €45)

Reiki meaning 'Universal Life-Force Energy'. This holistic treatment activates & balances the body working on your physical, emotional & spiritual levels. The realignment of your chakras (energy centre) promotes natural healing & well-being, releasing toxins from both the mind & body.

Shiatsu (45 minutes - €50)

Is a form of self-healing oriental therapy. It involves pressure on the acupressure points of the body with the purpose of balancing the energy of the body, allowing the recipient to relax deeply & get in touch with their own karma.
