Below you will find a taste of what to expect from our kitchen; the choice changes on a daily basis. All of our meals can be prepared using low fat options if the customer requires, for example, real cream can be substituted with crème fraîche. We keep salt usage to a minimum, and where possible, serve sauces as a side portion.
Breakfast is available until 10:30 am each morning; continental breakfast is included in the price of your room. For lunch, we offer the choice of one soups, 2 salads and 1 Plat du Jour. For dinner each day, there will be a choice of two starters, three main courses (one of which will be vegetarian), a selection of cheeses and a choice of dessert.
Our dining area caters for up to 24 people. With prior booking, we are happy to accept outside customers wishing to dine here. It is essential that all customers book before noon for evening meals.
Oysters, foie gras and our Special Seafood Platter can be served at any time. These are not included in the price list below as prices change seasonally.
A selection of both locally-sourced and regional cheeses are served with grapes and biscuits. Perhaps you may like to enjoy a delicious glass of port alongside them.
